Schedule: Monday – Friday | 12:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. | Some weekends required
Position Type: Contract-to-Hire
We’re hiring a Quality Lab Technician to join a growing team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for performing critical quality testing to ensure compliance with internal standards and customer requirements.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Conduct routine analytical tests accurately and on time
Monitor equipment calibration and make adjustments as needed
Document and compile data into reports, charts, and Certificates of Analysis (COAs)
Communicate testing results to internal and external teams
Oversee processes to ensure adherence to company standards, escalating deviations
Coordinate sample submissions to external labs and record results
Train evening shift lab techs and contribute to process improvement
Maintain inventory of lab supplies and ensure a clean, safe workspace
Support Quality, Food Safety, and general safety initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
At least 1 year of experience in a lab, quality control, or food/manufacturing testing role
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
Comfortable working independently during overnight hours
Reliable, safety-focused, and proactive in identifying issues
Able to work occasional weekends as needed
