- Ability to work independently in a home healthcare setting\n
- Reliable transportation for travel nursing between patient homes in Milwaukee\n

- Deliver afterhours nursing care and support to hospice patients and their families\n
- Respond to urgent patient needs, symptom management, and crisis intervention\n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary hospice and healthcare team members\n
- Document all patient care and communicate updates to the care team\n
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in accordance with hospice philosophy\n
