Position: Occupational Therapist (OT)
Shift: PRN Days
Schedule: Weekends/Holidays Only, 7:30am - 4:00pm OR 8:00am - 4:30pm (employee choice-in advance)

About Our Team
North Kansas City Hospital features a vibrant 48-bed Acute Rehab Unit (ARU) located in the NKC Health Main Hospital Building. Our fast-paced yet fun environment offers endless opportunities for learning and growth, supported by an amazing team of over 25 full-time therapists!
What We're Looking For
We seek a dynamic Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping others and thrives in a team-oriented environment!
Your Responsibilities
- Develop specialized treatment plans to help patients regain their well-being through exercise and the use of prosthetic and orthotic devices.
- Communicate patient progress and challenges to supervisors and team members; instruct families and nursing staff on follow-through programs.
- Document patient care in compliance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements.
- Maintain equipment and work areas in a safe and clean condition.
- Adhere to the Company's Code of Business Conduct, Corporate Compliance Agreement, and applicable laws.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
