SUMMARY of the successful candidate. We seek.
Necessary qualities we seek
- High school diploma or GED.
- Five years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Locates sources of problems and analyzes mechanical devices in operation.
- Removes infected parts.
- Able to use inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments,
- and fabricates and repairs parts using machine shop equipment.
- Response to the repair of mechanical maintenance equipment in-house.
- Available to be on call for emergencies. Develop.
Essential functions are the minimum requirements.
- Experienced in adjusting molding machines.
- Plastic injection molding A+
- Read and follow mechanical and electrical drawings,
- Install electrical conduit, and install PVC piping.
- Able to read a voltage meter/ohmmeter.
- Before preventive maintenance, enter it into our computer system.
- Communicate with the phone machine service personnel.
- Ability to use micrometer, veneers, and calipers
- PLC programmable/robotics experience.
- Preferably able to use software in a logical PLC,
- Maintain equipment parts and supplies inventory control, and be available on call for emergencies as needed.
- Strong electrical ability to work with 240/280 V.
- Excellent safety record.
- Perform preventive maintenance and log it into the computer system.
- Ability to look up parts (catalogs/machine manuals)
- Strong measuring ability with a micrometer. High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum five years of industrial maintenance experience.
- No further than 25 miles from the area of Lawrenceville, New Jersey.
- Ability to read and write English, with excellent communication skills.
- Legally, L can work in the United States of America, provided they pass a drug screening and a criminal background check.

The successful candidate. We are seeking candidates with experience, preferably in injection molding or plastics of any type.

The candidate. We must live within a 20 to 30 mile radius of the Lawrenceville, New Jersey area.
We will consider relocation costs or a sign-on bonus. If you're out of state and looking to relocate to New Jersey (South Jersey area), we will consider your application. However, you must reside within a 20 to 30 mile radius or relocate to that area to be on call, able to arrive at the plant and respond to emergencies within 15 to 45 minutes.
