Job Description:
We are currently hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team in Aurora, CO. The Occupational Therapist will support students in school-based settings, helping them develop the skills needed for academic participation and daily functioning. Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine student needs and develop individualized therapy plans

• Provide direct occupational therapy services in individual and group settings

• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals

• Document progress and maintain accurate, compliant records

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student accommodations

• Adapt tasks and environments to promote student independence and success

Requirements:

• Valid Colorado Occupational Therapy license

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy

• School-based or pediatric experience preferred

• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
