Location: Stanwood, WA
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality outpatient therapy services. This role involves evaluating and treating patients across diverse conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a supportive clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:

Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions and perform patient evaluations.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Provide patient and caregiver education on therapy goals and home exercise programs.

Collaborate with PTAs and other staff to ensure coordinated care.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with professional standards.
Qualifications:

Active Washington State Physical Therapy License.

CPR certification.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Open to new graduates.
