Your Responsibilities

  • Provide oral hygiene services, including thorough and gentle prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, polish restorations, and application of cavity preventative agents like fluorides and sealants.
  • Accurately chart and review patient dental histories, update periodontal health records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Assist the dentist as directed and administer local anesthetics, if permitted by the dental practice act.

Qualifications

  • A degree or certificate in hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license.
  • CPR/BLS Certification.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills for professional interactions with patients and staff.
  • Ability to travel between locations is preferred.
