Position Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Associate to support critical business functions across procurement, inventory and supply chain coordination, brand operations, vendor management, and marketing communications. This is a high-impact, collaborative role designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces flexibility, and takes the initiative to solve problems and streamline operations.

This role will evolve over time in response to internal and external business needs. The ideal candidate must demonstrate agility, a willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining high standards of execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Import and analyze inventory and sales data daily/weekly from internal systems, 3PL warehouses, and government portals (e.g., DeCA).
  • Monitor variances in inventory reports and communicate changes to sales and operations teams.
  • Manage new item launches, including catalog data entry and coordination of activation steps and documentation.
  • Coordinate marketing materials (e.g., sales sheets, POS displays, coupon programs) from design through distribution.
  • Organize and track coupon approval processes, promotional deadlines, and distribution logistics.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, track deadlines, and ensure timely follow-through on action items.
  • Support HQ planning meetings by organizing calls, drafting timelines, and coordinating sample shipments and deliverables.
  • Compile merchandising photos and reports for internal use and vendor distribution.
  • Assist in managing price changes and updating relevant documents across stakeholders.
  • Support general communications, announcements, and vendor-related updates.


Required Qualifications


These qualifications will be verified based on your resume and past experience:

  • 24 years of professional experience in marketing, operations, administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort working with data and reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and shifting priorities effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity, tone, and accuracy.
  • High attention to detail and track record of consistency in delivering high-quality work.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience working with ERP systems or custom-built internal platforms.
  • Familiarity with supply chain, inventory management, or government contracts (e.g., DeCA/ALA).
  • Exposure to consumer-packaged goods (CPG), distribution, or wholesale marketing environments.
