- Patient Care: Carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Documentation: Record patient activities and charges using medical terminology in a timely fashion.
- Communication: Maintain respectful dialogue with patients, families, and medical staff.
- Compliance: Adhere to State Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations. Requirements
- Education: Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PTA or PT program.
- Licensure: Current valid State license/registration and CPR certification.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 50 pounds independently and stand/walk for the majority of a shift.
