What You’ll Be Doing

• Unify and lead a global CNC programming team across multiple sites
• Standardize programs, tool libraries, and macros for global repeatability
• Champion best-in-class technologies and continuous improvement
• Leverage ERP and CRM data to streamline forecasting and planning
• Manage a highly skilled CNC Programmer and optimize department structure

About You

• Be able to do the job as described
• Hold a degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
• Have deep ERP/MRP and CAD/CAM systems expertise (Infor, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Skilled in building standardized systems across multi-site operations
• Strong grasp of lean manufacturing and S&OP strategy integration
