Job DescriptionCalling all Customer Service Rockstars (CSRs)!
Join our awesome Harrisburg team dedicated to offering top-notch in-home care services for seniors and those with disabilities.

Pay: $15.75/hr
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities include:
• Handling inbound calls and emails from potential applicants, their families, and healthcare professionals
• Acting as the primary point of contact during the application process
• Advising individuals on the application procedure if initial screenings suggest potential ineligibility
• Managing approximately 75 inbound calls daily with a high percentage of inquiries
• Recording applicant details, screening outcomes, and arranging appointments using dedicated software
• Coordinating initial intake meetings at mutually convenient times, along with directing individuals to Enrollment Brokers for further assistance.
