What You'll Do:

  • Promote insurance products and services using strong sales skills

  • Manage daily agency operations including marketing and business development

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and benefits consulting

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive growth

  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain client confidentiality

What We’re Looking For:

  • College degree preferred, but not required

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or management

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management ability

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and community-focused

  • Interest in building and leading a high-performing sales team

  • Must pass a criminal and financial background check

  • Must hold (or be able to obtain within 45 days):

    • Missouri General Lines Property & Casualty License

    • Life & Health Insurance License
