Crystal is seeking an exceptional Head Waiter to lead and inspire service excellence in our world-class dining venues. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of your assigned restaurant section, overseeing and mentoring a dedicated service team while working closely with the Restaurant Manager on planning and execution. You will ensure Crystal’s renowned six-star service standards are consistently delivered across all areas, creating a truly superior guest experience.
