We are a small local CPA in the Glastonbury area looking to add to our team. Construction &Contractors, Real Estate, Non-Profit, Manufacturing & Distribution, professional services, renewable energy, e-commerce and sports/entertainment are the industries we service. In business for 30yrs and looking to continue to grow! Most of our leadership has come from Big4/Top10/Top20 firms. Audit Supervisor
Audit Manager
What You Will Be Doing
Oversee the client experience including deadline management and client expectations
calculate tax effects of transactions, conduct technical tax research and manager tax partner expectations
handle billing/wip management
review returns and manage tax workflow
coordinate multiple team engagements, deadlines and schedules
operate in a dynamic environment
Help develop Senior and Staff accountants both technically and professionally through their career
What You Need for this Position
At least 6 years in public accounting with an emphasis in taxation
Ideally, at least 1 year in a manager seat, but experienced seniors/supervisors are encouraged to apply!
Experienced with both business and individual tax
Ability to work on site three times per week
CPA license
M.S. in Taxation is preferredWhat's In It for You
