- We are seeking SEVERAL HHA (HOME HEALTH AIDES) to join our team! You will provide routine personal care services to clients at the client's home.
Responsibilities:
- Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status
- Provide personal care, such as bathing, dressing, companionship, cooking and cleaning.
- Provide home activities and help clients to schedule NEMT transportation to appointments
- Support family members in caring for their loved ones
Qualifications:
- Experience in Personal care, home health, home management.
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with clients and co workers
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
