Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A School Psychologist position is available for the 26/27 school year in Williamsburg, VA. This full-time role involves a 37.5-hour workweek with a K-12 caseload, primarily focused on elementary students. The position is a contract opportunity within a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for K-12 students, with emphasis on elementary levels
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide counseling and intervention services as needed
  • Assist in the development of school-wide programs to support student mental health and learning
  • Maintain comprehensive records and comply with state regulations and policies

Required Qualifications:

  • Virginia State School Psychologist License
  • Experience working within K-12 educational settings
  • Knowledge of psychological assessment tools and intervention strategies
  • Ability to manage a caseload effectively and prioritize responsibilities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with educational teams and families
