Key Qualifications:
- Valid Ed Tech Certification required
- Experience as a paraprofessional in school settings strongly preferred
- Skilled at supporting students 1:1, including pediatric and special education needs
- Comfort working across grade levels (K-12)
- Effective communicator, with a collaborative and compassionate approach
- Adaptable to varied classroom settings and student needs
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized assistance to assigned students throughout the school day
- Support educational activities in classrooms for grades K-12
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to foster student engagement
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to educators and families as needed
- Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment
- Implement accommodations and modifications based on student IEPs or 504 plans
