Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>1 on 1 Patient Care.</li>
<li>Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment.</li>
<li>Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts.</li>
<li>Assist patient in daily activities.</li>
<li>Take and record vitals.</li>
<li>Provide caregiver relief.</li>
</ul>
 
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Active IL NURSING LICENSE</li>
<li>Current CPR Certification</li>
