Power Washing Technician
Hiring Immediately for Mon - Sat day shift and night shift. In person interviews this week in Conway.
20-40+ hours a week

What Youll Do
- Hours: MondayFriday, 9 AM6 PM. Occasional Saturdays as needed. Were flexible and happy to work with your schedule as long as youre available for most of these times.
- Assist with power washing and soft washing jobs (training provided)
- Work closely with the crew to complete jobs safely and efficiently
- Handle equipment, ladders, and physical tasks (lift up to 50 lbs, work in all weather)
- Show up on time and ready to work
What Matters Most
- Valid drivers license and ability to pass a background check
- Attitude: Positive, respectful, and willing to learn
- Reliability: We need people who show up, on time, every day
- Work Ethic: Hustle, focus, and willingness to get your hands dirty
- Experience with small engine repair/maintenance is a plus
Not Required
- No experience in pressure washing or related trades needed, well teach you everything you need to know!
