We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to Join Our Busy Pediatric Practice! We are looking to fill roles as a Primary care or Behavioral Health provider. We are a busy, outpatient pediatric office in Glens Falls, NY, with 5 doctors and 2 NPs, and a great support staff for appointments, triages, and referrals.

This position is located in Glens Falls, NY. We will offer relocation assistance for the right candidate.

Hours: 4 days a week in the office, offering a consistent schedule. Outpatient duties only, no hospital work

Qualifications:

• Licensed Pediatric NP or PMHNP (State of NY) is required
• A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Perform physical examinations and screenings of patients
• Recommend further treatment options or future appointments if needed
• Provide referrals to other practitioners when necessary
• Provide after-care/ongoing care information and resources to patients and their families
