At Southern Oregon Orthopedics, our rehab team works directly with orthopedic surgeons to deliver high-level care from surgery through full recovery and return to sport.

We are expanding our team and looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant who wants to grow in a collaborative, team-driven orthopedic setting.



Schedule & Patient Care

  • Full-time, flexible scheduling (many clinicians work 4x10s)
  • 1:1 patient care model
  • 45-minute treatment sessions focused on quality outcomes
  • No double-booking expectations; emphasis on quality over volume


What You’ll Work With

  • Modern rehab gyms with turf, squat racks, and Rogue strength equipment
  • VALD Dynamo strength testing, Blood Flow Restriction (BFR), and return-to-sport tools


Career Growth & Development

About You

  • Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Oregon (new grads encouraged to apply)
  • Interest in orthopedics or sports rehabilitation
  • Strong communication skills and team-first mindset
  • Motivated to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-level rehab team


Your Role

  • Deliver high-quality treatment under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
  • Treat a diverse orthopedic caseload (spine, knee, hip, shoulder, and more)
  • Assist with post-operative rehab, return-to-sport progressions, and injury recovery
  • Participate in team meetings, mentorship, and ongoing education
  • Contribute to the continued growth of our PT program in Southern Oregon
