Administrative Assistant – Compliance Department
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Compliance department by assisting with document control, training records, customer requests, complaint tracking, and regulatory documentation. This role helps maintain organized and accurate quality system records to support compliance with company policies, cGMP requirements, and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize quality and compliance documentation.
- Assist with document control, including distribution, and filing. Of controlled documents.
- Support training administration by issuing, maintaining and tracking traning records
- Coordinate customer requests for information and documentation as needed.
- Prepare reports, metrics, and spreadsheets to support Quality System activities.
- Schedule meetings, maintain departmental records, and provide general administrative support.
- Ensure records are accurate, complete, and maintained in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Administrative experience required, preferably in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or regulated environment preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and confidentiality.
Pay Rate: $19-24/HR

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
