Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Per Diem | 7 AM–3 PM Shift (Every Other Weekend Required)
Location: North Haledon, NJ
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a reputable long-term care team in North Haledon, NJ. This full-time opportunity is ideal for LPNs who value stability, teamwork, and providing excellent resident-centered care.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care environment

Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans

Monitor and document changes in resident conditions

Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary care teams
-
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulations and safety standards

Support residents with professionalism, patience, and compassion
Qualifications:

Active New Jersey LPN License
-
Previous long-term care, subacute, or skilled nursing experience preferred

Strong communication and assessment skills

Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality care

Ability to work every other weekend as scheduled
