Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to develop new client relationships and expand existing accounts. The ideal candidate has strong business development skills, a consultative sales approach, and a solid understanding of staffing and workforce solutions. This role plays a key part in driving revenue growth and building long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within assigned markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and decision-makers
  • Conduct client needs assessments to recommend appropriate staffing solutions
  • Present and negotiate staffing service agreements and pricing
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure timely and high-quality candidate delivery
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline data in CRM systems
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and client workforce needs

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or similar tools
