Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to develop new client relationships and expand existing accounts. The ideal candidate has strong business development skills, a consultative sales approach, and a solid understanding of staffing and workforce solutions. This role plays a key part in driving revenue growth and building long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within assigned markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and decision-makers
- Conduct client needs assessments to recommend appropriate staffing solutions
- Present and negotiate staffing service agreements and pricing
- Collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure timely and high-quality candidate delivery
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution
- Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline data in CRM systems
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and client workforce needs
Qualifications
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or similar tools
