Job DescriptionAbout the Role:
We are seeking experienced Finish Carpenters for residential projects in the SF Peninsula area. Finish Carpenters focus on aesthetic and detail-oriented carpentry, including cabinetry, trim, doors, windows, staircases, and built-ins. The role requires precision, craftsmanship, safety awareness, and a commitment to high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform finish carpentry tasks including cabinetry, trim, molding, doors, windows, staircases, and built-ins.

Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and elevations.

Measure, cut, assemble, and install fine carpentry components.

Lead or mentor one to two crew members on finish work.

Operate hand and power tools safely (saws, drills, nail guns, sanders, etc.).

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.

Travel to job sites across SF Peninsula and surrounding areas as needed.
Requirements:

Minimum 6 years of finish carpentry or residential construction experience.

Proficiency in reading blueprints and using measurement tools.

Knowledge of trim, cabinetry, and detailed carpentry work.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights above 6 feet.

Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.

Must provide basic hand tools.
Preferred Skills:

Experience leading small crews.

Strong problem-solving and layout skills.

Experience on luxury or high-end homes.

Comfortable using digital tools for plans, time tracking, and communication.
Work Environment:
Construction site environment with exposure to dust, dirt, noise, and weather. Must adhere to safety practices and use PPE.
