Join a rapidly expanding team at our Brea facility—soon to be one of the largest cold-process soap manufacturing operations in the country. We are seeking a self-motivated professional to help us scale production and maintain a world-class facility.
In this critical role, you will manage daily inventory and warehouse organization, ensuring our operation runs at peak efficiency. This position offers a steady first-shift schedule with significant opportunities for career progression as we grow.
Inventory & Order Management
- Systematic Oversight: Maintain meticulous, real-time records for all inventory categories within our management system.
- Analysis & Auditing: Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to identify stock trends and forecast future requirements.
- Reporting: Generate detailed insights for management regarding inventory health, discrepancies, and adjustments.
- Fulfillment & Quality: Supervise order fulfillment from start to finish. Inspect incoming inventory for quality and resolve vendor discrepancies immediately.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Purchasing, Sales, and Logistics to align inventory levels with customer demand.
Warehouse Operations
- Optimization: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe. Implement space-saving solutions to streamline picking and retrieval.
- Equipment Safety: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. Perform regular equipment inspections and strictly adhere to safety protocols.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to increase warehouse accuracy and speed.
- Compliance: Partner with leadership to enforce security measures and ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active in a warehouse setting throughout the shift.
- Certification: Forklift certification is highly advantageous.

Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) | Overtime as needed
Salary: $19.00 – $24.00/hr (Commensurate with experience)
