Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-semester contract opportunity is available for a Behavior Specialist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support K-12 students within a school setting in Hollis, NH. This role involves managing a 4th to 6th-grade caseload with a focus on providing behavior support and interventions aligned with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. Flexible, reliable professionals with experience in special education and behavior services are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans for students in grades 4 through 6
- Collaborate with educators and school staff to support behavioral goals
- Monitor and document student progress with fidelity to ABA methodologies
- Adapt to classroom changes and student needs as they arise
- Maintain compliance with district policies including fingerprinting and onboarding processes
- Participate in virtual interviews and maintain open communication throughout the assignment
Qualifications and Experience:
- Must be a certified Behavior Specialist or an RBT candidate with current certification
- Demonstrated school-based experience in behavioral support roles
- Comfortable working with students in special education programs
- One completed professional reference required at time of application
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the school
- Ability to pass district or agency onboarding requirements
- Flexible and adaptable to changes in classroom settings and assignments
Location and Schedule:
- Position located at Hollis Upper Elementary School in Hollis, NH
- Monday through Friday, full semester commitment from ASAP through June 17, 2026
