Compensation: $105,000 to $120,000 annually.
Benefits: Full Benefits Package (FT status only).
Location: Greater Twin Cities Metro Area, MN.
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time.

Position Summary:
As a Wound Care focused Nurse Practitioner, you will round within senior communities, delivering hands-on care and managing wound treatment plans. This role offers autonomy, flexibility, and the ability to build long-term patient relationships while making a measurable impact on outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site rounding and wound care services.
• Manage treatment plans, medications, and labs.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams.
• Communicate with families and staff.
Qualifications:
• Active Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) license in Minnesota.
• Experience in geriatrics, primary care, or wound care preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong passion for senior care.
