Summary: Employees in this job are responsible for serving customers by installing and servicing equipment. This position covers customers within the North and Northeastern Minnesota and North Wisconsin regions.
Essential Functions
- Serve existing accounts by analyzing work orders, planning daily travel schedule, investigating reported issues, conducting tests, and resolving problems.
- Establishes service by studying system requirements, ordering and gathering components and parts, completing installation, and performing tests.
- Maintains rapport with customers by examining reported issues, identifying solutions, suggesting improved methods and techniques, and recommending system improvements.
- Documents service and installation actions in detail by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Must have knowledge of electronics.
- Superb Customer Service Skills
- Analyzing Information
- Ability to diagnose and solve problems from non-technical descriptions provided by their customers.
- Ability to travel, occasionally requiring an overnight stay.
