Successful candidates will be based in San Diego, possess intimate knowledge of this market, and demonstrate at least 2 years of proven sales success. While a bachelor's degree is preferred, it is not a strict requirement. We value individuals with outstanding people skills, tact, professional demeanor, and strong written and verbal communication abilities. In return for your dedication, we offer a competitive compensation package with uncapped earnings and a target starting salary ranging from $60,000 to $70,000 annually. Moreover, we are thrilled to provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, accident coverage, and more for our employees working 30 or more hours per week. Eligible employees can enroll in these benefits after 60 days of employment, with generous employer contributions available.
