Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate skid loaders
- Hard finish a floor
- Bull float
- Broom finish
- Set grade
- Work is Residential, Driveways, Patios, colored and stamped
- Occasional commercial work
- Communicate effectively with the team
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience with concrete and masonry work
- Ability to perform job duties with minimal supervision
- Task oriented
- High attention to detail to ensure a quality finish
- Dependable, timely arrival to jobsite
- CDL preferred (company will sponsor if willing to obtain)
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry 80-100 pounds
- Bending/Crouching
- Squatting/Kneeling
