We are seeking a Health and Wellness Director to oversee one of our Assisted Living and Memory Care Communities.

​What you will be doing:

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct overall functions of Nursing Services in accordance with current laws, guidelines, and regulations
• Ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times

What you need to qualify:

• 3+ years' experience as a DON in an Assisted Living community
• Nurses with Home Care or Long Term Care experience will also be considered
• Experience with a higher-end clientele a plus
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in Oregon
