Job Summary
The Insurance Customer Loyalty Specialist is an excellent opportunity with the potential to grow into sales and advancement! You would partner with the Agency Owner, and our team, to establish and implement the systems, processes, and operations to build and maintain our growing agency.
Responsibilities
- Front desk position who meets/greets clients & identifies their needs to ensure we are providing "top notch" service
- Assists agency owner, and team, in achieving agency customer loyalty and satisfaction goals
- Effectively multi-tasking with a variety of insurance needs while working with the public
- Creates and implements effective social media content
- Qualifications
- Prior insurance experience is preferred, but not necessary
- Positive attitude, fun personality, quick learner
- Effective communication skills while working with the public
- Experienced with PC software applications (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Explorer)
- Ability to be a great team player in a small office atmosphere
