Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and service-driven VIP Servers to deliver exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced, premium dining environment. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in high-energy settings and take pride in providing personalized, high-quality service to guests.


As a Banquet Server, you will play a key role in creating a seamless and elevated guest experience by delivering attentive service, maintaining strong menu knowledge, and working collaboratively with the team to ensure operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized, attentive service.
  • Maintain full knowledge of menus, daily specials, and premium offerings.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.
  • Deliver food and beverages in a timely, organized, and professional manner.
  • Monitor guest tables and service areas to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Upsell premium menu items, specialty cocktails, and featured offerings.
  • Address guest concerns promptly or escalate to a supervisor when necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, dining areas, and side work areas.
  • Complete all opening, mid-event, and closing side work duties.
  • Ensure work areas are fully stocked with necessary supplies, including utensils, napkins, and condiments.
  • Follow all local and state liquor laws and responsible alcohol service practices.
  • Collaborate effectively with bartenders, barbacks, food runners, and supervisors.
  • Support team members to ensure overall service excellence and operational success.
  • Communicate clearly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist in other service areas as needed during peak periods.


Qualifications

  • Must have proper uniform on hand (Black Button Down, Black Slacks, Black Non-Slip Shoes)
  • Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or high-end service environment preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced setting.
  • Professional demeanor with a guest-first mindset.
  • Experience using POS systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to carry trays and lift up to 30–40 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
