Building Kidz of Chandler is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual as a Lead Teacher for our Twos & Threes classroom! If you're passionate about helping little ones navigate this exciting time with confidence and joy, as well as fostering their growth and development, this role is for you!

QUALIFICATIONS:
- HighSchoolDiplomaorequivalent
- CPR, Food Handlers CardandFirstAidCertification orwillingnesstoobtain
- Meetseducationcriteriarequiredbythestate
- 24unitsofECEorCDApreferred
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Guide our two & and three-year-old students through the potty-training journey with patience, encouragement, and positivity.
- Create a nurturing and engaging environment where threes can explore, learn, and thrive.
- Develop and implement fun and age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Partner with parents to support continuity between home and school during this exciting milestone.
- Foster a sense of independence, confidence, and self-esteem in each child as they conquer this milestone.
- 8:30-5:30 tentative schedule.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Workisperformedprimarilyinthecenterenvironment.Centersaredynamicwithahighlevelofactivity.
- Workmayalsobeperformedinthecommunityonfieldtrips.
- Must beabletolift40lbs.andstandforupto95%oftheday.Assumepostureatlowlevels,stoop,sit onfloorandbenddownnumeroustimesperday
- Agilitytomovefromseatedtostandingpositionquicklytorespondtochildren'sneeds
- Performallactivitieswithchildrenforprolongedperiods;suchasdancing,jumping,running,andwalking

- Hours 8:30 am-5:30 pm Monday-Friday
