Responsibilities

- Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness levels, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Train and work with team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain detailed records of sanitation activities, inspections, and compliance reports for internal audits and regulatory inspections.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HACCP and food safety protocols within food manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning practices, including equipment operation, chemical handling, and sanitation standards.
- Leadership experience and skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
