As an LPN, your responsibilities will include:

Maintaining the accuracy of patient records

Reporting and investigating incidents thoroughly and in a timely manner

Maintaining the self-respect, personal dignity, and physical needs of each patient

Assisting physicians during rounds
</li>
<li>
Providing guidance and training for aides
</li>

Demonstrating proficient nursing skills
</li>

Qualifications:
<ul>

Current State License as a Licensed Practical Nurse
</li>
<li>
High school graduate/GED
</li>
<li>
Long-term care experience, good communication skills
</li>
