Operations Administrative Specialist

Location: Phoenix, AZ (fully onsite)

Employment Type: 6+ Month Contract


We’re looking for a highly organized Operations Administrative Specialist to provide critical administrative and operational support in a fast-paced public health environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate complex administrative and operational projects
  • Manage scheduling, documentation, and reporting across teams
  • Support data entry, inventory tracking, and workflow processes
  • Prepare presentations and maintain accurate records
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth daily operations


Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of administrative or clerical experience
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in healthcare, public health, or social services
  • SharePoint experience - preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) - preferred


Additional Requirements


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to obtain AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card and valid driver’s license
  • Ability to travel between sites as needed
