Bilingual Human Resources Representative
Environment Control – Greater Sacramento Area
Pay: $23.00–$25.00 per hour (DOE)
Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m (Flexible)

Environment Control has proudly provided commercial janitorial services throughout the Greater Sacramento Area for over 40 years. We are seeking a motivated, organized, and bilingual Human Resources Representative to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage online job postings and recruiting efforts.
- Retrieve applicant phone messages and respond promptly.
- Screen applicants and schedule interviews.
- Conduct interviews in both English and Spanish.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for all new hires.
- Complete new hire paperwork and employee file creation.
- Set up new employees with required training videos.
- Enter employee information into the HR database.
- Distribute uniforms and onboarding materials.
- Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files.
- Assist the department in meeting hiring goals.
- Track labor hours, meal period violations, overtime, mileage, and travel time.
- Review and edit employee timesheets for payroll processing.
- Process sick leave, vacation time, mileage reimbursements, and travel time.
- Maintain HR reports, logs, and employee records.
- Answer incoming HR phone calls and assist employees with questions.
- Assist with employee relations and general HR support.
- Prepare hiring packets, applications, and other HR documents.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Comfortable learning new software systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Previous HR, recruiting, office administration, payroll, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
