Signature Validation & Turn-In Coordinator (Nationwide Travel Required)

Primary Location: Orlando, FL (frequent nationwide travel)

Compensation: $880/week base salary plus substantial performance and travel-related bonuses.

Travel & lodging fully covered

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-driven professional to support and manage signature validation and turn-in operations for ballot initiatives and referendums nationwide. This role is with one of the top signature-gathering firms in the country and plays a critical part in ensuring operational accuracy, compliance, and execution at a national level.

While the position is based in our Orlando office, significant nationwide travel is required. Candidates must maintain a fully flexible schedule and be able to travel on short notice. This role offers meaningful bonus potential, hands-on operational responsibility, and exposure to large-scale national initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage recurring signature turn-ins with validators and circulators
  • Validate signatures accurately and ensure all procedures are followed correctly
  • Oversee backend reconciliation, including counts, discrepancies, and validation tracking
  • Maintain precise documentation using spreadsheets and written records
  • Serve as a steady, professional point of contact for field teams in high-volume environments
  • Proactively identify issues, ask clarifying questions, and ensure operational integrity

Required Qualifications

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational discipline
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, and Google Docs
  • Strong comfort with numbers, calculations, and reconciliation work
  • Ability to remain composed, patient, and professional under pressure
  • Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and problem-solving ability
  • Willingness to learn and execute complex operational processes

Critical Role Requirements

  • Open and highly flexible schedule (non-negotiable)
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the United States
  • Ability to operate effectively in environments with shifting priorities or incomplete information
  • Thick skin and professionalism when working with large, fast-moving field teams
  • Apolitical, task-focused mindset — success in this role requires operational neutrality and focus on execution, not ideology

Ideal Backgrounds

This role is well-suited for candidates with experience in:

  • Ballot initiative, petition circulation, or voter registration operations
  • Political campaign operations (field, compliance, or logistics-focused roles)
  • Operations, compliance, logistics, or reconciliation-heavy environments
  • Fast-paced roles requiring precision, accountability, and urgency

Compensation & Growth Opportunity

  • $880 per week guaranteed base salary
  • Significant bonus opportunities, especially during travel assignments
  • All travel and lodging expenses fully covered
  • Opportunity to grow into expanded operational or leadership responsibilities

This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in accuracy, bring a disciplined work ethic, and approach complex operational challenges with a professional, can-do mindset.
