We're hiring dedicated, dependable Home Health Aides (HHA) and Caregivers for permanent, ongoing positions - not PRN or occasional work. This role is ideal for caregivers who want steady, meaningful engagement with clients and are ready to take on consistent daily shifts providing assistance with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), mobility and transfers, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Our 24/7 support model ensures you're never alone in the field and always backed by a responsive, reliable office team.

We're looking for caregivers who bring both flexibility and true commitment - individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality, compassionate care and who thrive when building long-term relationships with the clients they serve. Most of our clients are located in Cleveland's westside suburbs, so candidates must be comfortable commuting between 30-60 minutes within that area.

The schedule for this position is 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Any day on Wednesday and Friday, making it a great opportunity for caregivers seeking a consistent short night shift while making a meaningful difference in a client's daily life

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene

  • Provide mobility support and safe transfers for the client

  • Assist with meal preparation and provide medication reminders

  • Offer companionship and support during daily activities to ensure client comfort and well-being

  • Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition to supervisors or case managers

  • Follow the client's care plan and communicate regularly with the care team

  • Shift: 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Any day on Wednesday and Friday

Job Responsibilities

• Provide client-facing care as assigned
  • Provide assistance with daily tasks as directed in the client's personalized plan of care, including but not limited to: feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, providing transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities, and shopping
  • Provide companionship, personal and hygiene care as directed in the client's personalized plan of care, including but not limited to: bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities, and assisting with measurements, if necessary
  • Assist clients with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and document observed changes to the Director of Nursing
• Adhere to the policies, procedures, and protocols of the agency of employment
• Adhere to HIPAA laws and ensure confidentiality and security of the client's medical information

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum one (1) year of documented home care assistance and/or direct care experience at an assisted living or skilled nursing facility, etc., is preferred
• Preferred: Successful completion of a nursing assistant or certified home health aide program
• Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
• Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance (proof of insurance is required)
• Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision
• Ability to adhere to HIPAA and ensure confidentiality and security of the client's medical information
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and communicate effectively
• Up-to-date vaccinations including COVID-19, Influenza, and Hepatitis B
