Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 Special Education teaching opportunity is available beginning immediately through June 9th in a Delaware school setting. This contract role focuses on supporting students with disabilities, providing specialized instruction tailored to individual needs within a full-time schedule. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized special education instruction to K-12 students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that meet student goals and compliance standards
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support student progress and well-being
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with parents and school staff
• Participate in virtual interviews as part of the hiring process and complete required onboarding procedures, including fingerprinting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid Delaware Special Education Teacher of Students with Disabilities Standard Certificate
• Experience working with diverse student populations across K-12 grade levels
• Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet a range of learning needs
• Strong communication and organizational skills for case management and collaboration
• Flexibility to work full-time within the specified contract duration
