What You’ll Do

Perform machining on manual mills, lathes, grinders, and CNC mills.

Build, repair, and modify molds, fixtures, and tooling.

Complete precision bench work such as fitting, polishing, and alignment.

Create SolidWorks models and CNC programs as needed.

Maintain and troubleshoot plastic injection molds.

Support mold setups and provide guidance on tool use and care.

Work independently while maintaining accuracy, quality, and safety.
What You Bring
-
High school diploma or equivalent.

Comprehensive knowledge of toolmaking, machining, mechanical principles, precision measurement, advanced math, materials, and treatments (typically gained through trade school).

Minimum four years of toolmaking experience (apprenticeship or equivalent).

CNC mill setup and programming experience.

Ability to work with extremely tight tolerances, often under .001.

High level of manual dexterity and fine control.

Ability to stand, sit, lift, and perform other physical tasks required for the role.
