We are hiring Mechanical Assemblers to join a growing production team that builds high-quality gym and fitness equipment like ellipticals, weight racks, and strength machines. If you enjoy hands-on work, using tools, and being part of a team, this is a great opportunity!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assemble workout and gym equipment using tools and instructions
- Build sub-assemblies and complete full machine builds
- Use hand, power, and air tools safely and efficiently
- Move materials and finished products (manual/electric pallet jacks)
- Follow basic blueprints, work instructions, and measurements
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards
- Work in a small team (3–4 people) in a collaborative assembly pod
- Cross-train on different machines and product lines
What We’re Looking For
✅ At least 6 months of work experience (any industry)
✅ Prior assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus
✅ Comfortable using hand and power tools
✅ Able to read tape measures and basic instructions
✅ Strong teamwork and communication skills
✅ Good attention to detail
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, and move throughout shift
- Comfortable with active, hands-on work
Work Environment
- Clean, organized, and well-lit manufacturing facility
- Work in a team-based pod system (not a fast-moving assembly line)
- Not air-conditioned – can get warm in summer (cooling support like drinks provided)
- Cross-training keeps the job varied and engaging

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
