Temple Terrace, FL | Full-Time

About the Role

We’re on the hunt for an energetic and outgoing Event Representative to join our brand activation team! If you love meeting new people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and bring contagious enthusiasm to every interaction, you’ll fit right in.

You’ll be the face of the brand—sparking conversations, generating excitement, and turning event moments into measurable success. From local community events to large-scale expos and retail activations, you’ll play a key role in connecting our products with real customers in real time.

What You’ll Do

  • Represent the brand with confidence and energy at live events, festivals, pop-ups, and retail activations.

  • Engage with attendees and passersby, starting conversations that educate, excite, and convert.

  • Deliver compelling product pitches and clearly explain current offers, pricing, and features.

  • Assist customers through on-site demos, sign-ups, or purchases.

  • Drive engagement and achieve event goals through persuasive, people-first communication.

  • Support event logistics including booth setup, teardown, and maintaining a polished, on-brand display.

  • Track leads, feedback, and field performance data to share with the marketing and events teams.

  • Stay up to date on campaign messaging and objectives through team briefings and ongoing training.

Who You Are

  • A confident communicator who thrives on connection and can light up a room.

  • Positive, dependable, and proactive in every interaction.

  • Able to stay upbeat and professional in a lively, fast-paced event environment.

  • Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs when needed.

  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and occasional travel depending on campaign schedules.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in marketing, communications, or business a plus.

  • Previous experience in promotions, retail, events, or customer-facing sales is preferred—but not required.

  • Authorization to work in the U.S. and availability for in-person work are required.

What You’ll Get

  • Full training and continuous product education.

  • A fun, supportive team culture where energy, initiative, and results are celebrated.

  • Opportunities for travel to major events, festivals, and brand activations.
