What Youll Do:
- Lead and motivate sales associates to exceed goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Drive results by focusing on average ticket size, closing percentage, add-on sales, and lead follow-up
- Provide hands-on coaching, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee daily store operations, scheduling, and compliance
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and resolve concerns effectively
- Stay current with industry trends and competitor offerings
What Were Looking For:
- 2+ years of proven sales management experience (furniture or retail a plus)
- Strong leadership and people-development skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Results-driven, organized, and proactive mindset
- Ability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
