Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day
Contract Dates: August 25, 2025 June 12, 2026
Caseload: Approximately 50 students
Age Range: Elementary and Middle School
Number of School Sites: 2

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a qualified and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve students across two school sites in Stanwood, WA for the full 20252026 academic year. This onsite, full-time role offers a consistent schedule and the opportunity to work with a supportive team and a manageable caseload of diverse learners in elementary and middle school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals and student needs

• Provide direct and consultative services to students across general and special education settings

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to ensure successful interventions

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to progress reporting and planning

• Maintain detailed records of student progress, therapy logs, and compliance documentation

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university

• Active Washington SLP license (or eligibility to obtain before start date)

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFs with strong school-based practicum experience encouraged to apply

• Previous experience in school settings is a plus

• Strong interpersonal, time management, and documentation skills

• Ability to manage a dynamic school caseload and communicate effectively with students and staff
