About the Role
We're looking for enthusiastic and dependable Production Associates to join our growing team. As a Production Associate, you'll play a key role in keeping our production lines running smoothly and efficiently.
What You'll Be Doing
Your daily responsibilities will include assisting with production machinery, monitoring equipment for potential issues, and inspecting finished products for quality using tools like calipers and tape measures. You'll also check and load raw materials, move materials using a pallet jack, perform basic math using a calculator, and follow written instructions and batch records. Maintaining a clean, organized workspace and supporting team goals are also essential parts of the job.

Work Environment

Physical Requirements
You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly (with team lifts for heavier items) and stand for up to eight hours per shift.
Education & Experience

Basic arithmetic skills, including fractions and decimals

Experience in a production or manufacturing environment
