1 Tom Plumber is a professional, service-focused, emergency drain clearing, water damage mitigation and plumbing company providing services to both commercial and residential properties.
The Role: Master Plumber/Estiinmator
Diagnose residential and commercial plumbing systems and lead customers to informed and confident decisions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Applicant must be licensed in Ohio
Maintain and develop excellent professional relations with our clients, prospective clients and vendors
Attend meetings as needed
Understand specifications, plans and blueprints
Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing products, materials, equipment and installation procedures
Assess most efficient material, rental equipment, and installation process Prepare and communicate to clarify project scope during and after estimating process
Work with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes Prepare bid proposals and change orders
Track, follow up, and review unsold estimates and contract documents Support purchasing and field teams in all aspects of project development Mentor other plumbers as needed
Follows health and safety standards and complies with building and plumbing code
Other duties as needed to accomplish the responsibilities of the Plumbing

Physical Requirements:
