Wage range $32.90 to $39.94 depending upon verifiable experience.
We are also offering a $6,000 sign on bonus that is paid over the course of one year.

Key Responsibilities
Direct Care & Clinical Oversight
- Deliver and monitor individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric residents.
- Complete assessments, develop and update care plans, document changes, and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.
- Safely administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policy.
- Respond promptly to changes in condition and manage emergency situations effectively.
Leadership & Team Coordination
- Guide and support nursing assistants; provide direction, coaching, and corrective action when needed.
- Serve as Nurse in Charge when assigned, communicating with physicians, the DON, and other departments.
Communication & Documentation
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical records and documentation.
- Communicate clearly with residents, families, staff, and healthcare providers.
- Educate residents, families, and staff regarding care, treatments, and health conditions.
Safety, Compliance & Quality
- Follow all infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements, including proper handling of hazardous materials and adherence to the Resident Bill of Rights.
- Report incidents, medication errors, concerns, and potential violations promptly.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, training, and required meetings.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Minnesota RN license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Strong assessment, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work with individuals who may be ill, confused, or emotionally distressed.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential extended shifts.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift/push/pull 30–60 lbs (with assistance as needed).
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
- Capacity to work under physical and emotional stress and in a variety of conditions.
Working Environment
- Exposure to infectious diseases, chemicals, and emergency situations.
- Frequent interaction with residents, families, staff, and healthcare professionals.
